SKERRIES BISTRO

Skerries Bistro is a bespoke 'all glass' building located 80 metres from the cliff with views across the Pentland Firth. Carole and Hamish Mowatt who own and run the bistro share the same enthusiasm for affordable good food made with local and seasonal ingredients. Their goal is to present a great meal with food simply prepared, fine service and a comfortable atmosphere in which to enjoy your time out. Burwick Harbour is two miles from the property, where crabs and lobsters are brought in daily. Hamish smokes the fish served in the restaurant, Skerries speciality being Hot Smoked Salmon. Skerries will cater for any special dietary needs but will need to know at the time of your booking.
